Craniosacral Therapy
Newborns, Prenatal, and Postnatal Care:
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that focuses on releasing tension in the body to improve overall health and function. For newborns, it can help ease birth-related stress, support sleep, digestion, and relieve issues like colic or latching difficulties. In the prenatal period, CST helps expectant mothers reduce physical discomfort, balance the pelvis, and support emotional well-being. Postnatally, it aids in recovery from childbirth, addresses body tension, and supports bonding and breastfeeding. CST is non-invasive and deeply calming, making it especially suited for both moms and babies.
